Role Description

  • The Enterprise Sales Manager is a full time, on site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
  • This role is responsible for driving enterprise level revenue growth by identifying and qualifying new leads, nurturing strategic accounts, and closing complex IT infrastructure and services deals.
  • Day to day activities include conducting customer meetings and sales presentations, understanding client needs and translating them into tailored solutions, preparing proposals and quotations, and managing the end to end sales cycle in coordination with technical and delivery teams.
  • The Enterprise Sales Manager will maintain a robust sales pipeline, track sales performance, collaborate with internal stakeholders on pricing and solution design, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and account retention.
  • The role also involves market analysis, participation in events and partner activities, and adherence to company policies and reporting requirements.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong Sales and Sales Operations skills to manage complex enterprise sales cycles, forecasting, and pipeline management.
  • Candidates should possess solid Account Management skills to build long term relationships, drive renewals, and expand business within key enterprise customers.
  • Candidates should possess effective Lead Generation and prospecting skills to identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities in target markets.
  • Candidates should possess impactful Sales Presentations and communication skills to present solutions, negotiate terms, and influence decision makers at all levels.
  • Relevant experience in IT infrastructure, systems integration, or professional services sales, preferably in the Middle East region.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding enterprise sales targets and managing large, complex deals.
  • Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and contract management abilities, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field; advanced certifications in sales or technology solutions are an advantage.
  • Ability to work on site in Dubai, travel to customer locations as needed, and collaborate effectively in a flat, team oriented environment.
