Responsibilities
- Manage and expand relationships with enterprise clients
- Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth for engineering and construction services
- Develop and deliver sales presentations
- Manage key accounts and oversee the sales pipeline
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure proposals and contracts meet client requirements
- Generate qualified leads and monitor sales operations metrics
- Contribute to sales forecasts and strategic planning
- Maintain up to date knowledge of market trends and competitor activities
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability in Sales and Sales Operations with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
- Strong skills in Account Management, including nurturing long term client relationships and managing complex accounts
- Experience in Lead Generation and prospecting, with ability to build and maintain a robust sales pipeline
- Proficiency in preparing and delivering effective Sales Presentations to enterprise level stakeholders
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of engineering, construction, or related industries is highly beneficial
- Ability to work on site in Dubai and collaborate effectively with cross functional teams
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Comfort with CRM tools, sales analytics, and basic MS Office applications

Role Description
- The Enterprise Sales Manager is a part time, on site role based in Dubai.
