Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and manage enterprise sales opportunities for on premise AI solutions
- Prospecting and lead generation
- Conduct discovery calls and run product demos
- Lead consultative sales conversations with technical and business stakeholders
- Manage complex sales cycles and coordinate with internal technical teams
- Drive contract negotiations to close new business
- Build long term relationships with clients
- Forecast pipeline and provide market feedback
Requirements
- Strong Sales and Enterprise Software Sales skills with a track record of closing complex B2B deals
- Experience in Lead Generation and pipeline development, including outbound prospecting and qualification
- Consultative Selling skills, including ability to run discovery and position value based solutions
- Contract Negotiation and deal management skills for multi stakeholder agreements
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts in clear business terms
- Strong relationship building, presentation, and communication skills
- Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment and meet sales targets
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Transferable visa with QID
- Driving License is a must

Role Description
- Identify, qualify, and manage enterprise sales opportunities for Hookseek’s on premise AI solutions across target industries.
- Prospecting and lead generation, conducting discovery calls, running product demos, and leading consultative sales conversations.
- Manage complex sales cycles, coordinate with internal technical teams on solution design, and drive contract negotiations.
- Build long term relationships with clients, forecast pipeline, and provide market feedback.
Qualifications
- Strong Sales and Enterprise Software Sales skills, with a track record of closing complex B2B deals.
- Experience in Lead Generation and pipeline development, including outbound prospecting and qualification.
- Consultative Selling skills, including ability to run discovery, understand client use cases, and position value based solutions.
- Contract Negotiation and deal management skills for multi stakeholder, high value agreements.
- Experience selling technical or AI/ML infrastructure solutions to enterprises or public sector organizations is highly beneficial.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts in clear business terms.
- Strong relationship building, presentation, and communication skills, with comfort engaging C level and senior decision makers.
- Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage priorities, and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
