Connect with enterprise decision-makers, uncover new business opportunities, and build pipeline for Coveo's growth.
Support leading enterprises using Coveo's artificial intelligence-powered solutions to create personalized digital experiences.
Responsibilities
- Prospect through outbound outreach and develop relationships with prospective customers, stakeholders, and buying centers.
- Build relationships with director-level and executive-level decision-makers using personalized outreach strategies.
- Partner with Account Executives on territory priorities and qualified pipeline generation.
- Understand Coveo's AI-powered solutions and explain their value against customer challenges.
- Lead discovery and qualification calls to assess prospect needs, mutual fit, and qualified opportunities.
- Use phone, email, and social channels for disciplined outbound prospecting, including approximately 75 calls per day.
Required qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in B2B technology sales and the ability to navigate complex organizational structures.
- Clear and confident communicator able to tailor messaging to different industries and business challenges.
- Self-starter with a team-first mindset, perseverance, adaptability, and ability to influence.
- Organized and efficient in managing a high volume of outbound leads and demo requests.
