Exercising discretion and independent judgment, uncover new opportunities within existing accounts and target accounts that result in revenue-generating engagements for Toptal.

Hit call/email quotas and fully ramped objectives.

Become proficient in using our SaaS tools.

Learn how to maintain excellent data integrity in Salesforce.com.

Continuously hit fully ramped quotas and objectives.

Assist with training and onboarding new SDRs.

Build new and existing client relationships, expand Toptal’s partnerships, and continue to execute account plans.

Suggest, implement, and experiment with new lead and demand generation activities.

Have built a portfolio of net new accounts from the strategic account list.

Become a mentor to new members of the team, helping them learn about Toptal, our model, and how proper sales development practices can improve relationships and increase revenue.

Regularly and reliably attend scheduled virtual team meetings on camera.

Work independently with minimal supervision.

Use all required digital collaboration tools.

Prioritize and self-manage workflows and deadlines.

This position receives a base salary and is also eligible to earn monthly commissions based on sales development results. For candidates who meet the qualifications and job requirements listed above, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

With a focus on trust, authenticity, and meaningful relationships, he drives the expansion of Toptal’s innovative solutions across the global Enterprise community. Over the past 15 years, Neil has advised on Talent Strategy and Professional Services, helping companies solve critical business challenges with tailored solutions. Since joining Toptal in 2017, he has been an advocate of On-Demand and its transformative impact worldwide. Neil holds a B.S. in Business Management from The Pennsylvania State University.

As Head of Enterprise Industries at Toptal, Stacy leads the growth and evolution of the company’s enterprise business, shaping how Toptal partners with its most strategic clients. Since joining Toptal, Stacy has played a key role in strengthening and scaling the Enterprise organization. She has been asked to build and evolve teams in response to growth and market demand, putting in place the structures, operating rhythms, and leadership practices required to operate with speed and flexibility at scale. She currently leads enterprise strategy across Healthcare and Life Sciences, Consumer Products and Services, Enterprise International markets (EMEA and APAC), and Enterprise Mid-Market. Prior to Toptal, Stacy lead teams in support of Fortune 100 organizations across various industries, including Pharma and Life Sciences, Financial Services, Transportation, Aviation, Higher Education, Semiconductor, and Manufacturing. Stacy holds a bachelor’s degree from the College of Liberal Arts & Sciences at the University of Kansas and has completed the Harvard Business School Online Credential of Readiness (CORe).
