Job Summary
Administer, configure, and support Oracle Fusion applications.
Manage system operations, user access, data integrity, and enhancements across the HCM module.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and support Oracle Fusion ERP HCM modules.
- Configure system setups, workflows, approval hierarchies, and business rules.
- Manage user roles, responsibilities, and access controls under security policies.
- Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high system availability.
- Serve as the first point of contact for ERP support queries and incidents.
- Gather requirements and implement system enhancements with business teams.
- Support upgrades, patching, and SIT/UAT testing cycles.
- Maintain data accuracy and integrity through validations and audits.
- Generate reports using Oracle Fusion reporting tools, OTBI, and BI Publisher.
- Coordinate with Oracle support and external vendors.
- Prepare system documentation, SOPs, and user manuals.
- Conduct user training and provide continuous adoption support.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of hands-on Oracle Fusion ERP administration or support experience.
- Strong exposure to Oracle Fusion HCM modules.
- Experience with ERP implementations, enhancements, or migration projects is preferred.
- Familiarity with the Oracle Cloud environment and integration tools is an advantage.
