Description & Requirements
- MANTECH seeks a high velocity and results-driven Enterprise IT Project Manager to support enterprise-wide IT transformation initiatives in Herndon, VA. This is a hybrid position with on-site presence on an as-needed basis.
- This role is ideal for a strategic leader who thrives in dynamic environments and brings deep technical insight across modern technology domains including SaaS, AI, and enterprise IT optimization. You will drive measurable outcomes by managing a portfolio of complex projects that modernize and strengthen enterprise capabilities.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to
- Leading and managing a portfolio of 5–7 concurrent enterprise IT transformation projects from initiation through closeout
- Driving modernization initiatives across SaaS platforms, AI-enabled solutions, and enterprise optimization efforts
- Developing and maintaining integrated project plans, schedules, budgets, risk registers, and performance metrics
- Coordinating cross-functional technical teams, stakeholders, and executive leadership to ensure alignment with strategic objectives
- Identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks and dependencies across multiple workstream
- Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining high quality standards
- Providing regular executive-level reporting and portfolio health updates
- Championing continuous improvement, governance best practices, and standardized project management methodologies
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or related field
- 7+ years of experience managing enterprise IT projects, including large-scale transformation initiatives
