Requirements
- 7–15+ years of Enterprise IT leadership experience
- Proven delivery on airport or large scale critical infrastructure programmes
- Expertise in enterprise integration, campus networks, cybersecurity, physical security, cloud/data platforms, and BIM
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and technical governance skills
- Preferred certifications: TOGAF, CCNP/CCIE, CISSP/CISM, ITIL, PMP/PRINCE2, Autodesk, or equivalent

Role Overview
- We’re seeking an experienced Enterprise IT Pillar Lead to take full technical and delivery ownership of the Enterprise IT scope for a major greenfield airport programme.
- In this leadership role, you will oversee the design, integration, testing, commissioning, and operational handover of the airport’s enterprise IT ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Campus wide IT and communications infrastructure
- Enterprise applications (ERP, CRM, ITSM, CMS, POS, commercial platforms)
- Physical security systems (CCTV, Access Control, VMS, ANPR, SOC)
- API Gateway and enterprise integrations
- Data Lakehouse, BI, and digital platforms
- BIM coordination and asset handover
- Lead a multidisciplinary team, collaborate with Aviation IT and Operational Technology (OT) leads, engage with client stakeholders and Architecture Review Boards, and ensure seamless integration across all enterprise systems.
What we’re looking for
- 7–15+ years of Enterprise IT leadership experience
- Proven delivery on airport or large scale critical infrastructure programmes
- Expertise in enterprise integration, campus networks, cybersecurity, physical security, cloud/data platforms, and BIM
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and technical governance skills
- Preferred certifications: TOGAF, CCNP/CCIE, CISSP/CISM, ITIL, PMP/PRINCE2, Autodesk, or equivalent industry certifications.
