Enterprise GenAI Platform Engineering /Senior Associate Director

Bring substantial software engineering and technology experience gained in a regulated or complex enterprise environment

Demonstrate established experience managing engineering teams and senior technologists including through Engineering Leads or Managers

Show a proven track record delivering enterprise-grade platforms and cloud-native solutions at scale

Apply strong Python capability and modern engineering practices across APIs, microservices, databases, containers and CI/CD

Deliver AI/ML and Generative AI solutions end-to-end from experimentation and prototyping through to production

Apply practical GenAI expertise across LLMs, RAG, embeddings and vector databases, prompt engineering, agentic workflows, evaluation, guardrails, LLMOps, observability and Responsible AI

Partner effectively with senior stakeholders by translating business problems into measurable technology outcomes and communicating clearly at executive level

Build and grow teams through coaching and mentoring, hiring and workforce planning, performance management and succession and career development
