About the Role
NeerInfo Solutions seeks a Senior Director of Data & AI Analytics to lead enterprise data strategy, architecture, and delivery. The role involves bridging business, IT, and offshore teams, with expertise in Snowflake, SAP data integration, and AI/GenAI readiness.

Responsibilities
- Define and drive enterprise data & analytics strategy aligned to business goals
- Act as primary liaison between business, IT, and delivery teams; translate business needs into analytics solutions
- Lead end to end data platform architecture including Snowflake, Cortex, ETL/ELT pipelines, semantic layer, and BI framework
- Lead ingestion and harmonisation of SAP (BW/S4/ECC) data into modern platform
- Enable AI/GenAI readiness with strong data foundations and scalable architectures
Requirements
- Experience leading Data & Analytics strategy, architecture, and delivery
- Strong expertise in Snowflake (incl. Cortex) and modern data platforms
- Experience in SAP data integration and ETL/ELT pipelines
- Deep understanding of BI architecture, semantic layer design, and KPI framework
- Working knowledge of AI/GenAI data concepts (RAG, ML readiness)
- Experience leading offshore/global teams

Role Overview
