First Hawaiian Bank is currently seeking an Enterprise Data & Analytics Analyst, Platform Engineering, to join our Data Platform Delivery team.
Work Schedule
Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (hours may vary)
Compensation
The pay range for this role is $70,000 - $125,000/yr; commensurate with experience.
The successful candidate will be hired for the level of the position that aligns with their skill level and experience.
Responsibilities
Responsible for the operational management and platform quality assurance of the Enterprise Data & Analytics Platform (EDAP) and its corresponding technology toolchain.
This includes both the new technologies and capabilities as well as the transitioning legacy systems for data & analytics as appropriately identified in the FHB Enterprise Data & Analytics strategy and roadmap.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, data science, mathematics, or quantitative analysis required.
- Snowflake Foundation Course required
- AWS Cloud Foundation Course required
- SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP BusinessObjects Web Intelligence 4.2 required
- Tableau Desktop Specialist or equivalent required
- ThoughtSpot Professional or equivalent required *Certifications: If not already obtained, required to obtain within 1 year of employment.
- 2+ years of relevant work experience, preferably in business intelligence, platform administration/reporting, or data engineering roles with increasing responsibilities and data & analytics tool capabilities. *Required experience may be obtained concurrently. 1 year of relevant data platform experience can be substituted with higher education qualifications in the areas of concentration above.
