Tricentis seeks an Arabic-speaking Business Development Representative to drive growth in the Middle East. You will manage inbound and outbound opportunities, conduct discovery calls, and collaborate with sales and marketing teams.

Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound opportunities for the Middle East region
- Conduct in depth discovery calls with prospective customers
- Build market insights and strategic plans through research and performance tracking
- Develop relationships across internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Product, Partnerships)
- Collaborate with Marketing to maximize ROI from campaigns and events
- Represent Tricentis as a brand ambassador at events and with prospects
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Marketing
- Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Arabic language capability
- Experience working in a professional B2B or SaaS environment
- Proven ability to engage prospects through multiple channels (phone, email, LinkedIn, events)
- Proficient in Salesforce and SalesLoft (or equivalent)
- Experience in SaaS sales or marketing preferred
- Familiarity with UAE and wider Middle East market is an advantage

Job Description
- BDR Middle East. Must have Arabic language capability. Additional French language skills are a plus.
- Business Development Representatives create the first spark in relationships with potential customers and shape the future of sales success in the region.
- This is an opportunity to gain hands on experience across Sales and Marketing, working closely with teams across the business.
- You’ll report directly to the BDR Manager based in London and work in a hybrid model (three days a week in our Dubai office).
What you will be doing
- Manage inbound and outbound opportunities: Take ownership of both inbound leads and proactive outbound prospecting initiatives for the Middle East region.
- Lead engaging discovery calls: Conduct in depth discovery sessions with prospective customers and target accounts.
- Drive strategy through insight: Build detailed market insights and strategic plans by conducting research and tracking performance metrics.
- Foster collaboration and trust: Develop strong relationships across internal teams — from Sales and Marketing to Product and Partnerships.
- Partner with Marketing for impact: Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to maximize ROI from campaigns and activities.
- Be a brand ambassador: Represent Tricentis with energy and professionalism, becoming a trusted first point of contact for prospects.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Marketing.
- Demonstrable strength in English communication — both verbal and written — with Arabic language capability, additional French language skills are a plus.
- Experience working in a professional B2B or SaaS environment.
- Proven ability to engage with prospects through multiple channels (phone, email, LinkedIn, events, etc.).
Additional information
- Proficient in using Salesforce and SalesLoft (or equivalent sales engagement platforms).
- Experience in SaaS (Software as a Service) sales or marketing preferred.
- Familiarity with the UAE and wider Middle East market is an advantage.
