Responsibilities
- Establish productive, professional relationships with senior decision makers and key stakeholders
- Develop a strong understanding of each customer’s business, organizational structure, and objectives
- Identify opportunities to expand revenue, service offerings, and account penetration
- Lead the strategic account planning process
- Coordinate involvement of internal teams to meet account objectives
- Act as primary point of contact for assigned accounts
- Develop and deliver customer presentations, business reviews, and proposals
- Lead discussions and support negotiation and execution of customer agreements
- Meet assigned targets for profitable sales, gross margin, and customer retention
- Maintain accurate pipeline and provide regular account forecasts
Requirements
- Post secondary education in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field is an asset
- 3 to 5 years of relevant sales or account management experience
- Experience managing large, complex, or strategically important customer accounts
- Valid driver's license and satisfactory driver's abstract (for roles involving company vehicle)

About the Role
- The Enterprise Account Manager is responsible for maintaining, growing, and expanding relationships with strategically important, large and complex customers.
- Reporting to the Director of Enterprise Accounts, this role manages senior level customer relationships and leads strategic account plans.
Key Responsibilities

What You Bring
- Post secondary education in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field is an asset.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant sales or account management experience.
- Experience managing large, complex customer accounts.
- Relevant industry experience preferred.
- Strong business development, negotiation, and commercial management capabilities.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
