About the Role

  • The Enterprise Account Manager is responsible for maintaining, growing, and expanding relationships with strategically important, large and complex customers.
  • Reporting to the Director of Enterprise Accounts, this role manages senior level customer relationships and leads strategic account plans.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establishes productive, professional relationships with senior decision makers.
  • Develops a strong understanding of each customer’s business.
  • Identifies opportunities to expand revenue and account penetration.
  • Leads the strategic account planning process.
  • Coordinates involvement of internal teams.
  • Acts as primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
  • Develops and delivers customer presentations and proposals.
  • Leads discussions and supports negotiation of customer agreements.
  • Meets assigned targets for profitable sales and growth.
  • Maintains accurate pipeline and provides regular forecasts.

What You Bring

  • Post secondary education in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field is an asset.
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant sales or account management experience.
  • Experience managing large, complex customer accounts.
  • Relevant industry experience preferred.
  • Strong business development, negotiation, and commercial management capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.

  • Salary range: CAD 80,000 to CAD 105,000.
