Job Summary

  • We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Manager to join our growing team.
  • This role is focused on driving business growth through new customer acquisition, strategic account development, and expanding our footprint across enterprise and government organizations in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, engage, and secure new customer accounts (new logos) across enterprise and government sectors.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to generate sustainable business growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with CIOs, CISOs, CTOs, IT Directors, and other key decision makers.
  • Position and sell solutions across IT Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, AI, Cloud & Managed Services, IT Outsourcing & Professional Services.
  • Lead the complete sales lifecycle, from opportunity identification through proposal development, negotiation, and contract closure.
  • Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to develop tailored solutions that address customer business requirements.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed revenue, profitability, and business development objectives.

Preferred Experience

  • 5+ years of enterprise IT sales or account management experience.
  • Proven success in acquiring new customers and expanding business within the UAE market.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, AI, managed services, cloud, and outsourcing solutions.
  • Established relationships within enterprise and government organizations are highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
