Responsibilities
- Identify, engage, and secure new customer accounts (new logos) across enterprise and government sectors
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to generate sustainable business growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with CIOs, CISOs, CTOs, IT Directors, and other key decision makers
- Position and sell solutions across IT Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, AI, Cloud & Managed Services, IT Outsourcing & Professional Services
- Lead the complete sales lifecycle from opportunity identification through proposal development, negotiation, and contract closure
- Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to develop tailored solutions
- Consistently achieve and exceed revenue, profitability, and business development objectives
Requirements
- 5+ years of enterprise IT sales or account management experience
- Proven success in acquiring new customers and expanding business within the UAE market
- Strong understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, AI, managed services, cloud, and outsourcing solutions
- Established relationships within enterprise and government organizations are highly desirable
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
