Responsibilities
- Manage the entire sales process for enterprise accounts, covering lead generation and qualification through to negotiation, closing, and renewals
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline from existing and new customer accounts via value driven outbound prospecting
- Drive complex solution sales, consistently closing large, high value deals targeting six or seven figure contracts
- Build comprehensive proposals and ROI cases that clearly articulate Clarity's transformative value proposition
- Lead negotiations, addressing objections, and navigate contracts and agreements quickly and effectively
- Forecast and accurately report on pipeline and revenue
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in information technology
- Minimum 4+ years of experience as a top performing Enterprise Account Executive in a quota carrying role with a strong track record of exceeding targets
- Demonstrable experience in managing complex solution sales cycles and consistently closing large deals
- Knowledge of Microsoft cloud solutions (Azure, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365) and CSP licensing models
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team to achieve sales goals

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the entire sales process for enterprise accounts, covering lead generation and qualification through to negotiation, closing, and renewals.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline. Generate a pipeline from existing and new customer accounts via value driven outbound prospecting (incl. cold calls, emails, conferences). Develop a strategy to break into and close key strategic logos.
- Drive complex solution sales, consistently closing large, high value deals, targeting six or seven figure contracts.
- Build comprehensive proposals and ROI cases that clearly articulate Clarity's transformative value proposition.
- Lead negotiations, addressing objections, and navigate contracts and agreements quickly and effectively, working closely with legal and finance stakeholders. Forecast and accurately report on pipeline and revenue.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in information technology
- Minimum of 4+ years of experience as a top performing Enterprise Account Executive in a quota carrying role with a strong and consistent track record of exceeding targets. (7+ years of experience in strategic or enterprise sales is typically sought for Strategic Accounts.)
- Demonstrable experience in managing complex solution sales cycles and consistently closing large deals. Experience closing six to seven figure deals is preferred.
- Knowledge of Microsoft cloud solutions (Azure, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365) and CSP licensing models.
- Certifications in Microsoft Azure or Microsoft 365 are a bonus. (Preferred)
- Ability to work independently and within a team to achieve sales goals.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Logical and analytical work approach.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to speak the language of the CxO.
- Consistent performance meeting pipeline generation targets for net new business.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross functional teams.
- Highly organized, detail oriented, and results driven.
