About the Role
Monotype is seeking a driven Enterprise Account Executive to join its Middle East Sales team. You will own the full sales cycle, acquire net-new enterprise customers, and expand partnerships with iconic brands.

Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing enterprise deals
- Develop and execute territory and account strategies to drive pipeline growth and exceed revenue goals
- Engage decision makers across Brand, Marketing, Creative, IT, Procurement, UX, Legal, and Finance
- Drive outbound prospecting and nurture long term client relationships
- Craft and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and guide clients through decision making
- Collaborate cross functionally with marketing, pre sales, product, and customer success teams
- Leverage CRM tools to manage pipeline, track activities, and forecast
- Represent Monotype at industry events and trade shows
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field
- 2 5 years of enterprise sales or technology solutions experience
- Fluent in English and Arabic
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- Experience managing complex sales cycles with multiple decision makers
- Understanding of CRM technology; Salesforce preferred
- Ability to travel domestically up to 25% annually

What you’ll be doing
- Own the full sales cycle — from prospecting and outreach to closing multi stakeholder enterprise deals.
- Develop and execute territory and account strategies that drive consistent pipeline growth and exceed quarterly and annual revenue goals.
- Lead with curiosity and expertise by becoming a trusted advisor and subject matter expert on Monotype’s products and services.
- Engage decision makers at your accounts across key functions—including Brand, Marketing, Creative, IT, Procurement, UX, Legal, and Finance—to deliver compelling, value based solutions.
- Drive outbound prospecting efforts while nurturing long term client relationships through thoughtful, consultative selling.
- Craft and present persuasive proposals, negotiate complex contracts, and guide clients through the decision making process.
- Collaborate cross functionally with marketing, pre sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure seamless client experiences and strategic alignment.
- Leverage CRM tools effectively to manage pipeline, track activities, and forecast with accuracy.
- Represent Monotype at industry events, trade shows, and customer engagements to strengthen brand presence and generate opportunities.
What we’re looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
- 2 5 years’ experience in enterprise sales or technology solutions, preferably in design, marketing, or creative technology sectors.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and closing large enterprise level accounts.
- Self motivated, goal oriented mindset with ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Consultative selling style with ability to uncover client needs and articulate value.
- Experience managing complex sales cycles with multiple decision makers.
- Strong abilities in prospecting, planning, and implementing Account and Territory Management strategies.
- Leverage AI tools.
- Understanding of CRM technology required, experience with Salesforce preferred.
- Ability to travel domestically up to 25% annually.
