Role Description
We are currently recruiting experienced and passionate
20 English Teachers
(Male & Females) on behalf of a well-established private school in
Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
.

Qualifications
- Deliver engaging, high-quality English language lessons aligned with the school's curriculum and national educational standards
- Design and implement effective instructional plans using modern, research-based teaching strategies that inspire student achievement
- Maintain high academic standards and provide timely, constructive feedback on student assignments and assessments
- Monitor and support individual student progress — identifying strengths and addressing learning gaps in close collaboration with the academic team
- Serve as a homeroom teacher when assigned, offering holistic educational and pastoral guidance to students
- Collaborate with subject coordinators, educational supervisors, and fellow teachers to maintain a cohesive and supportive academic environment
- Contribute to curriculum review processes and suggest evidence-based improvements drawn from classroom experience
- Participate in school supervision duties, morning assemblies, extracurricular activities, and ongoing staff professional development
- Uphold the school's code of conduct and contribute positively to its community, culture, and values
- Commit to continuous professional growth across pedagogy, subject knowledge, and instructional technology
Candidate Requirement
- We are looking for dedicated professionals who meet the following criteria:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, English, or a closely related field
- *(Master's degree preferred)*
- TEFL / TESOL / CELTA certification
(Required)
- Native or near-native English speaker from the
- South Africa, US, UK, EU, Australia, or New Zealand
- Minimum
- 2 years
- of classroom teaching experience
- *(international school experience is a strong advantage)*
- Strong classroom management skills and excellent interpersonal communication abilities
- Genuine willingness and enthusiasm to relocate to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
- Clean criminal background check and valid, verifiable teaching credentials
