Overview
We are looking for a dedicated and passionate English Teacher with experience in teaching IGCSE, AS & A-Level students.
The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background in both English language and literature, (teaching psychology and sociology will be an advantage), along with a natural ability to explain complex concepts in an engaging, student-friendly way.
This is a permanent, full-time role designed to support students in examination preparation.
Key Responsibilities
- ** **Deliver high-quality Biology lessons aligned with the IGCSE and A-Level curriculum (AS/A2).
- Develop engaging lesson plans that break down complex biological and biochemical concepts.
- Provide individualized support and guidance to help students reach their academic goals.
- Assess student progress through quizzes, assignments, and regular feedback.
- Create a positive, inclusive learning environment where students feel supported and inspired.
- Incorporate real-life examples and applications of biology to spark curiosity and critical thinking.
- Offer additional help sessions to students who need extra support.
- Collaborate with academic staff to ensure consistency and excellence in curriculum delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biology, Biochemistry, or a related field.
- Proven experience teaching IGCSE and A-Level Biology (AS/A2).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to make science engaging.
- A genuine passion for education and student success.
- Experience with lab work or applied science teaching is a plus.
- Familiarity with modern teaching tools and digital platforms.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
