- Assess learner progress through assignments, examinations, and ongoing performance evaluations
- Provide constructive feedback and academic support to learners
- Maintain accurate attendance, assessment, and academic records
- Foster an engaging, inclusive, and professional learning environment
- Participate in academic meetings, training sessions, and quality assurance activities
- Support curriculum implementation and continuous improvement initiatives
- Adhere to organizational policies, procedures, and professional standards

- Minimum of three (3) years of English language teaching experience
- Experience teaching adult learners
- Experience in intensive English language programs is preferred
