- Comfortable working at height using access equipment, in line with site safety standards

About The Role
- As an Engineering Technician, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of our state of the art, automated Customer Fulfilment Centre in Purfleet.
- You'll be the first line of response for engineering faults, working quickly and effectively to diagnose and resolve issues that could impact performance.
- Alongside reactive maintenance, you’ll carry out planned servicing and repairs to keep our equipment in top condition, while also getting involved in proactive improvement projects to enhance reliability and efficiency.
- You will work a shift pattern to support our 24/7 operation, consisting of 12 hour shifts across days, nights and weekends.
About You
- Technical understanding of automation hardware/software and ideally control systems, with a formal engineering qualification is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills with a hands on, practical approach.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and share knowledge effectively.
- Comfortable working at height using access equipment, in line with site safety standards.
