Qualifications
- A recognised Automotive Technician qualification with significant industry experience.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle mechanical and electrical systems, ideally within a development, prototype or testing environment.
- Proven workshop, maintenance and fault-finding capability.
- Fabrication and welding experience; skills with lathes, mills and other workshop machinery w o uld be highly regarded.
- A practical, methodical approach to diagnosing and resolving technical issues.
- The ability to work autonomously, take ownership and use initiative.
- Strong organisational, time-management and communication skills.
- A commitment to safety, quality and maintaining high workshop standards.
