Engineering Technical Officer

We're looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented professional with strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications. You'll be able to manage competing priorities, work accurately to deadlines, and demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable working both independently and as part of a wider team, you'll build effective relationships with colleagues and stakeholders while maintaining a flexible and adaptable approach to supporting business needs. Ideally, you'll have experience working with asset management systems and managing compliance-related data and reporting. Knowledge of statutory compliance requirements within property and asset management, together with experience across areas such as electrical testing, lifts, legionella, oil, pollution control and pressure safety systems, would be advantageous.

Hybrid working: working from the Winchester office, site, satellite offices and home, to suit personal and operational requirements. Currently, most teams work in the Winchester office at least one day per week.
