Responsibilities

• Design and engineer software with customer and user experience as a key objective.
• Share subject matter expertise, best practices, and lessons learned through the Technology Engineering Practice.
• Drive adherence to technology engineering standards and policies.
• Deliver and support data infrastructure and architecture that optimizes data storage and consumption across the bank.
• Design and develop internal and external applications with a focus on interface and front-end usability.
• Engineer and implement security measures for systems, networks, products, and services.
• Automate digital processes to reduce variation and ensure predictable, high-quality code and data.
• Develop team capability, remove roadblocks, improve project capacity, and mentor team members.
• Promote team empowerment, engagement, meaningful contribution, and sustainable delivery quality.
• Manage stakeholder communications and support effective project governance.
