Lead, mentor, and develop a multidisciplinary engineering team.
Assign workloads, set priorities, and monitor performance against goals.
Support hiring, training, performance reviews, and career development.
Foster a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with company policies.
Provide technical oversight for generation assets (gas, steam, solar, wind, or combined cycle).
Troubleshoot equipment failures and implement root-cause corrective actions.
Drive reliability, availability, and efficiency improvements across plant systems.
Support outage planning, execution, and post-outage analysis.

Lead small to mid-size capital projects and plant modifications.
Coordinate with project controls, maintenance, and operations teams.
Manage engineering scopes, schedules, budgets, and vendor performance.
Implement process improvements to reduce downtime and operating costs.

Demonstrated expertise in plant systems, maintenance strategies, and reliability engineering.
Primarily plant or site-based environment.
Occasional off-hours support during outages or emergencies.
Periodic travel between facilities as needed.
Provides engineering, procurement, and construction services for energy infrastructure.
