Responsibilities

• Support the smooth running of property maintenance and maintain all areas to high standards.
• Improve guest satisfaction and comfort through positive and timely responses to guest enquiries.
• Deliver property maintenance initiatives and hotel targets.
• Manage the maintenance team and foster growth, development, and performance.
• Control the departmental budget, costs, inventory, productivity, and performance.
• Maintain effective working relationships with key stakeholders.
• Deliver planned preventative maintenance addressing environmental and conservation matters.

Qualifications

• Proven property maintenance experience and excellent problem-solving capabilities are required.
• Excellent managerial skills with a hands-on, lead-by-example work style are required.
• Commitment to exceptional guest service and passion for hospitality are required.
• Hotel industry experience is preferred.
