Role Overview
Lead a team of engineers developing technical solutions to solve problems and achieve business objectives.
Work across manufacturing, electrical, mechanical, structural, stress design, qualification, configuration, and technical management disciplines.
The position is based at the Bengaluru office.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 7.5 years of experience in Dassault Systemes ENOVIA V5.
- 15 years of full-time education are required.
- Strong knowledge of product lifecycle management processes and tools.
- Experience managing engineering data and configuration management.
- Ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues within engineering projects.
- Familiarity with collaboration platforms and project management methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills focused on practical engineering solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage engineers delivering technical solutions.
- Ensure delivery meets schedule, quality, and cost expectations.
- Assemble resources for engineering or construction projects.
- Coordinate cross-functional engineering activities.
- Make team decisions and contribute to decisions across multiple teams.
