Engineering Project Manager

ENERCON's Nuclear Services Group is seeking a Project Manager to join the team.

In this dynamic role, you will lead engineering projects, collaborate with technical teams to create detailed proposals, and manage all aspects of project execution, including schedules, risk management, and financial health.

You'll drive client satisfaction through effective communication, high-quality deliverables, and strong relationship-building, while overseeing the work of engineers, designers, and subcontractors to ensure successful project outcomes.

• Client & Team Relations : Demonstrate professionalism and dedication, providing exceptional service to both clients and teammates, while fostering positive relationships
• Project Leadership : Lead projects by collaborating with technical colleagues to develop detailed engineering proposals, managing schedules, and executing recovery plans when needed
• Project Planning & Execution : Develop comprehensive work plans, risk management strategies, communication plans, and work breakdown structures to ensure smooth project execution
• Scheduling & Financial Management : Oversee project schedules, apply advanced scheduling tools, and manage the financial health of projects, ensuring timely reporting and performance tracking
• Team & Resource Management : Manage engineers, designers, and subcontractors, ensuring quality deliverables, while supporting internal standards and resource management
• Client & Business Development : Maintain strong client relationships, manage project scope, and support marketing efforts, including proposal preparation and identifying new opportunities
• Contract & Project Oversight : Plan, implement, and supervise client contracts, ensuring successful project execution, while traveling to client facilities as needed # LI-MB1
