Engineering Project Management Sr Stf

You will be an Engineering Project Manager (EPM) Senior Staff on the F-22 Line of Business Engineering (LoBE) team.

Specifically this position is accountable and responsible for cost, schedule, & performance of multiple capability development programs supporting F-22 modernization.

The EPM Leader drives the successful delivery of complex, high‑impact engineering programs from concept through production.

Acting as the nexus between cross‑functional engineering teams, product owners, suppliers, and senior leadership, the EPM ensures projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality and compliance standards.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, or a related STEM field
• Experience effectively communicating status and challenges to multi-disciplined engineering teams and external customers
• Willing to travel up to 10%
• Final SECRET security clearance

• Experience with F-22 Engineering and Sustainment teams
• Knowledge of F-22 Mission Systems
• Experience effectively communicating status, accomplishments and challenges
• Demonstrated accountability and proactivity
• Demonstrated problem solving skills
• Works effectively with minimal guidance
• Well developed soft skills interacting with internal team and customers
• Passion for the F-22 and the warfighter

Full-Time Salary Range: $129000.00 - $239600.00
