Six (6) years of experience in traffic engineering which includes at least two (2) years as a registered Professional Engineer administering municipal engineering projects Licensed to practice engineering in the State of Texas as a Professional Engineer.

PREFERRED: Professional Traffic Operations Engineer Certification (PTOE).
