Core Business Strategy
- Advise the CTO, Engineering Leadership, and Product Leads on process design, organizational models, data insights, and operational decisions.
- Deliver performance analysis, productivity metrics, weekly readouts, and optimization insights.
- Build prioritization frameworks and track Engineering OKRs, risks, trends, and strategic alignment.
