Key Responsibilities
- Own complex software projects from architecture and coding through deployment and production.
- Lead and mentor distributed backend, frontend, and QA engineers across time zones.
- Stay hands-on with architecture, coding, debugging, and code reviews.
- Partner with Product and Design on scalable, well-documented technical solutions.
- Own production reliability, security, performance, and operational health.
- Lead DevOps across CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, containers, observability, deployment, and incident response.
- Use AI to improve engineering productivity, quality, testing, debugging, documentation, and problem-solving.
- Identify and solve technical and product problems proactively.
- Build a culture of craftsmanship, accountability, autonomy, and continuous improvement.
