Engineering Manager, Supply Operations

Be both highly technical and an effective people manager.

Lead and develop a team of mobile and backend engineers, including senior technical leaders.

Partner with Product, Design, Operations, and Engineering to define strategy and drive roadmap creation and execution.

Lead end-to-end delivery of complex initiatives across mobile, backend, and web systems.

Participate in technical design and drive engineering quality, reliability, and operational excellence.

Develop and empower technical leaders, creating clear ownership and increasing the team's overall leverage.

Measure team impact, set clear expectations and goals, and partner with leadership on staffing and organizational priorities.

8+ years of professional software engineering experience, including significant experience in technical leadership and people management.

Experience managing and developing teams of senior engineers and technical leads.

Strong technical background in mobile, backend, or full-stack product engineering.

Demonstrated experience leading complex products or projects end to end across multiple technical areas.

Strong track record of working with cross-functional partners and influencing strategy in ambiguous environments.

Demonstrated experience recruiting, coaching, and managing technical teams, including performance management.

Preferred Experience:

Experience leading teams spanning mobile and backend engineering.

Experience with Android/iOS development and mobile release processes.

Experience building internal tools, operational platforms, logistics, or workforce products.
