Lead the development of high-quality foundational large language models through supervised fine-tuning and reinforcement learning from human feedback tasks.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage teams of more than 20 developers across Python, JavaScript, Java, and other languages.
- Collaborate with researcher clients to ensure satisfaction with delivered work.
- Maintain rigorous review processes to ensure dataset quality.
- Oversee project transitions from initiation to stable delivery and take responsibility for outcomes.
- Identify and implement measures to improve code quality within the team.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- At least 8 years of professional software engineering experience, including at least 3 years in engineering management.
- Experience managing large technical teams in a delivery-oriented role.
- Experience with Python or Java and JavaScript.
- Ability to perform hands-on technical work and resolve quality issues.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills focused on motivating teams.
