Lead the development of high-quality foundational large language models through supervised fine-tuning and reinforcement learning from human feedback tasks.

Location and Work Arrangement
- The role is remote and can be performed from anywhere.
Employment and Payout
- The position is full-time.
- Compensation is competitive and based on experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage teams of more than 20 Python, JavaScript, Java, and other language developers.
- Collaborate with researcher clients to ensure satisfaction with delivered work.
- Maintain rigorous review processes to ensure the highest quality of datasets.
- Oversee project transitions from initiation to stable states and take responsibility for delivery.
- Identify and implement measures to improve code quality within the team.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- At least 8 years of professional software engineering experience, including at least 3 years in engineering management.
- Proven experience managing large technical teams in a delivery-oriented role.
- Experience with Python or Java and JavaScript.
- Ability to perform hands-on technical work and identify and resolve quality issues.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills focused on motivating teams.
