Money Forward provides Money Forward Cloud , a cloud-based business platform that helps companies solve financial and operational challenges through integrated cloud and AI-powered solutions. Within this ecosystem, Money Forward Cloud ERP delivers scalable financial and business management solutions for mid-sized and large enterprises.

Over the past decade, Money Forward has built multiple products across different teams and technology stacks. To scale better and deliver more customer value, the ERP Cross-Functional Engineering Department was established in 2023 to unify engineering foundations and improve collaboration across ERP Division teams.

To strengthen further the ERP Division, we are expanding ERP-X capabilities at Money Forward India (Pune) to work closely with ERP product teams and ERP-X teams in Japan and Vietnam, contributing to the division’s success through shared platforms and AI-enabled engineering.

We are hiring an Engineering Manager to help build and lead a new ERP-X team in Pune. The team will collaborate with cross-location ERP-X teams to deliver AI solutions and engineering foundations that accelerate ERP product development.
