Meets all APQP requirements throughout divisional and program launches
Conducts department meetings
Provides formal and informal performance feedback to Team Members
Plan and direct the efficient utilization of all equipment and manpower
Investigate and participate in the review of new potential integrators capabilities and be an active part of the decision process for integrator price negotiation and selection
Promotes and leads continuous improvements and cost reduction opportunities
Implements and maintains all department plans for hiring and training throughout all plant and program launches.
