The Engineering Manager leads multiple engineering squads supporting property lodgement and financial settlement services.
The role works with Lead Engineers and Product to translate business priorities into engineering plans and enable reliable, sustainable delivery.

Day-to-Day Work
- Coach engineers and work through priorities with Product.
- Help resolve technical dependencies and communicate delivery progress and risks to stakeholders.
- Guide decisions about system health, code quality, reliability, and technical debt.
- Improve how teams plan, build, and operate software using data and evolving tools.
- Balance innovation and delivery commitments with appropriate security, quality, and compliance controls.
