Lead a team building, scaling, and optimizing machine learning infrastructure for a drug discovery platform.
Support model training, production deployment, agent infrastructure, and large language model workloads at massive scale.
Translate requirements from ML engineering, data science, and research teams into robust, scalable infrastructure solutions.
Core responsibilities
- Enable AI/ML, LLM, and agentic systems teams to train, deploy, and monitor models across massive datasets.
- Mentor, coach, and sponsor team members while partnering with ML research, platform engineering, and business teams.
- Support rapid experimentation, reliable deployment, continuous improvement, GPU utilization, agentic orchestration, and MLOps standards.
Required experience
- Hands-on technical experience as a tech lead or manager focused on infrastructure, MLOps, and distributed systems.
- Deep engagement with machine learning, orchestration, agentic systems, model deployment, distributed computing, and GPU optimization.
- A demonstrated record of learning from and teaching peers in ML infrastructure and MLOps system architecture.
- A people-first mindset focused on supporting coworkers' growth and experience.
