About the role
The Engineering Manager will lead the North American Deployment Engineering team.
The role combines technical leadership, people management, customer delivery, and hands-on work on agentic solutions built with Cohere's North platform.
The team integrates AI securely into critical sectors including finance, healthcare, and telecommunications.
What you'll do
- Lead and mentor Forward Deployed Engineers building agentic solutions with North in on-premises environments.
- Own customer success from technical implementation through delivery.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Sales to shape enterprise AI delivery.
- Build relationships with technical stakeholders on the customer side.
- Foster continuous improvement and innovation across the development process.
- Define scalable processes for agent development and deployment across multiple client environments.
