The Engineering Manager, Billing Systems is a hands-on technical leadership role responsible for the architectural integrity, development, and maintenance of our core financial and billing infrastructure.

This individual bridges the gap between high-level business strategy and technical execution, ensuring that our billing platforms are scalable, secure, and compliant with global financial standards.

As a player-coach, you will lead a high-performing team of engineers while providing technical guardrails and ensuring the team has the architectural clarity to solve complex challenges.

The value you will deliver…

• Technical Leadership & Delivery: Lead the design and implementation of highly optimized, scalable billing services, predominantly utilizing Java, while maintaining and modernizing legacy components in VB6 and supporting auxiliary services in Python and Node.js.
