Position Summary
Lead application engineering, product testing, post-silicon validation, characterization, and field application engineering for RFIC, AiP, and antenna-array products.
Combine microwave and millimeter-wave technical expertise with engineering management and customer-facing initiatives.
Support products from first tapeout through high-volume commercial deployment.
Team Leadership and Strategy
- Lead, mentor, and grow RF application, test automation, and hardware validation engineers.
- Define roadmaps for post-silicon characterization, ATE strategy, and customer reference designs.
- Manage laboratory resources, equipment procurement, CapEx budgeting, and specialized testing vendors.
Test Engineering and Silicon Validation
- Oversee test requirements and compliance matrices for advanced RFICs, wideband transceivers, and phased-array beamformers across X, Ku, Ka, and 60 GHz bands.
- Drive strategies for DC operating parameters, high-order modulation, transient output, and phase-noise measurements.
- Coordinate production-level packaging and test solutions with international manufacturers and OSATs to improve yield and test coverage.
