Direct efforts to improve system performance using modern frameworks. Oversee code reviews and enforce best testing practices. Build and maintain strong relationships across engineering, product, and business teams to enhance collaboration and efficiency. Demonstrate proficiency in at least two programming languages, ideally three and contribute to the development or maintenance of multiple applications.
