This is a part-time hybrid role based in Abu Dhabi, allowing a combination of on-site and remote work.
The Engineering Manager will oversee engineering projects, lead a technical team, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
Key responsibilities include managing project lifecycles, ensuring successful system integration, and aligning engineering objectives with the organization’s goals.
The role also requires fostering collaboration across departments and maintaining compliance with technical and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Engineering Management and the ability to oversee engineering projects effectively.
- Proven experience in Team Leadership with a focus on guiding and motivating engineering teams.
- Hands-on experience with Software Development and system integration processes.
- Proficiency in Project Management methodologies to oversee project timelines and deliverables.
- Knowledge and experience in Integration for seamless operations across various systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills combined with an ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Strong organizational and communication abilities to manage cross-functional teams.
- Educational background in Engineering or related fields; a Master’s degree is a plus.
- Previous experience in the healthcare industry or familiarity with MGPS is an advantage.
