· Reduce manufacturing variation and cost while maintaining product performance and customer expectations.
· Increase equipment uptime and process capability through engineered solutions.
· Provide subject matter guidance on product design, tooling, automation, material selection, and manufacturability.
· Ensure engineering solutions meet regulatory, safety, and internal standards.
· Approve engineering documentation including drawings, change requests, procedures, and work instructions.
· Maintain accurate documentation of engineering designs, modifications, and test results.
· Prepare and present progress reports, technical reviews, and performance metrics to senior management.
· Evaluate and recommend new technologies, equipment, or methods that improve productivity or product quality.

· Support safe manufacturing through engineered safeguards and risk assessments.
· Ensure compliance with required standards such as OSHA, ISO, and customer specifications.
