Join Wise's embedded finance team to build a platform for enterprise partners.

What You Will Work On
- Design, develop, and maintain the team's services.
- Mentor engineers and support their growth and development.
- Guide technical decisions for reliable, scalable, high-quality products.
- Work with a Product Manager on the team's direction, vision, roadmap, and product plans.
- Collaborate across Wise to expand platform functionality for partners.
- Own the team's services and product while promoting best practices.
Requirements
- Experience leading and mentoring high-performing engineering teams.
- Hands-on experience with Java or similar technology stacks.
- Understanding of microservices and event-driven architectures.
- Experience designing and optimizing relational databases.
- Advocacy for coding best practices, continuous delivery, and code reviews.
- Clear communication of technical concepts across teams and stakeholders.
- A product mindset focused on customer impact.
Compensation
- Starting base salary is £105,000 to £135,000 plus RSUs.
