Role and Training Structure
Engineering internship for Mechanical, Electrical and Electronics, and Civil Engineering candidates.
The program provides structured real-world project exposure through a six-month, performance-linked training path.
The role supports high-tech industrial engineering projects involving MEP and cleanroom systems.
Foundation Phase
- Months 1–3 provide onboarding, basic technical training, MEP and cleanroom layout orientation, and site safety fundamentals.
- The foundation phase pays a fixed stipend of ₹15,000 per month.
- A formal review by the Senior Engineering Team at the end of Month 3 determines progression to Stage 2.
Advanced Project Phase
- Months 4–6 focus on active project execution, vendor coordination, design verification, and independent handling of assigned engineering workflows.
- The advanced phase pays ₹25,000 per month upon successful transition from Stage 1.
- Final performance reviews and senior evaluations determine potential conversion to a permanent employee with a revised corporate salary package.
