Role Overview
The AI Innovation Acceleration team rapidly prototypes and builds AI use cases addressing critical business needs.
The role develops and deploys end-to-end AI and machine learning solutions, translating business challenges into technical architectures and specifications.
The team transfers code, knowledge, and ownership of completed solutions to business and engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end AI/ML development from ideation and data exploration through rapid prototyping and initial deployment.
- Collaborate with business and engineering teams to identify high-impact AI use cases and define solution architectures.
- Implement scalable, robust, and maintainable AI solutions and integrate them with existing systems and workflows.
- Provide documentation, training, mentorship, and pair programming to enable receiving teams.
- Evaluate advances in AI and related technologies and recommend tools, techniques, and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related quantitative field.
- At least 5 years of hands-on AI/ML development experience in a professional setting.
