Role overview
Provide strategic leadership and technical direction to a multidisciplinary engineering organization.
Bring together expertise, resources, and capabilities to deliver complex construction management assignments successfully.
What you will do
- Provide managerial and technical leadership for the engineering discipline and align teams with project requirements.
- Review staffing budgets, resource plans, assignment schedules, workforce forecasts, and future resource requirements.
- Monitor quality, progress, and performance across projects to ensure production and delivery requirements are achieved.
- Partner with Project Managers to resolve staffing, quality, schedule, and productivity challenges.
- Maintain discipline-specific standards, procedures, and technical manuals, and recommend improvements.
- Lead the annual salary plan and manage salary actions within the approved framework.
- Oversee recruitment, selection, development, performance management, counselling, and corrective action.
Qualifications
