Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in interior design and fit out execution projects
- Proven leadership track record with ability to manage cross functional teams
- Deep knowledge of finishing materials, market rates, and execution techniques
- Strong background in subcontractor procurement and contract negotiation
- Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English
- Experience in the Saudi market is highly preferred

Job Overview
- We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager capable of leading and synchronizing both our Interior Design Engineering Team and our Execution Engineering Team.
- You will be responsible for overseeing our design and build fit out projects from conceptualization to final handover, ensuring top tier quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Direct, mentor, and manage both the design and site execution engineering teams to ensure seamless collaboration.
- Project Oversight: Monitor the progress of interior fit out projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and up to Bravura’s standards.
- Material Selection: Oversee the selection, specification, and procurement methodology of finishing materials.
- Subcontractor Management: Handle the sourcing, negotiation, and contracting of subcontractors, and evaluate their performance on site.
- Quality Assurance: Implement strict quality control measures to ensure flawless execution of designs.
Qualifications & Requirements
