Role overview
Support the delivery of infrastructure projects as a Wet Utilities Engineer.
The role focuses on wet utilities design, drainage systems, modeling, technical documentation, and quality reviews.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in delivering infrastructure projects and support project leaders in achieving successful outcomes.
- Prepare and review detailed technical specifications, drawings, and documentation.
- Prepare reports, calculations, and design documentation.
- Conduct technical and quality reviews to identify and address potential project issues.
- Develop and assess surface water drainage systems for effective stormwater management and regulatory compliance.
- Perform hydrological and hydraulic modeling to inform design decisions and evaluate drainage system impacts.
Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering field.
- At least three years of relevant experience in wet utilities.
- Experience designing wet utilities including potable water, sewer, storm, irrigation, district cooling, and firefighting systems.
- Knowledge of applicable industry standards, codes, and regulations.
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team and lead large-scale projects.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
